Ninevia performs close-loop manufacturing
for all of its products made at company's own plant located in Gatchina
(a town 40 km off St. Petersburg). Ninevia purchased
one of the town's bankrupts – Laundry and Dry Cleaning Facility
– in 1999. Then the company carried out complete repair of
the building and replaced its entire engineering and technical infrastructure.
The territory adjacent to the plant is leased for 49 years with
the right of purchase. It is fenced about with concrete walls and
is under round-the-clock monitoring by the company's own licensed
security service.

Production Technologies:
- pressure die casting of items (up to 1.5 kg in weight)
from aluminum and zinc alloys with production potential of 1 casting
ton per shift;
- processing of casts has production potential of 1 ton
of casts per shift;
- machining, i.e. versatile turning, milling and drilling
works;
- polishing of items from alloys of non-ferrous metals
with production potential of 3600 items per shift;
- application of protection coats of powdered polymeric enamels
with production potential of 180 sq.m per shift;
- vacuum deposition with production potential of 3000 items
per shift;
- auxiliary repair tools and instruments;
- design and engineering efforts aided by SolidWorks 2003 software.
At the moment the plant's production facilities
and territory are loaded only at 30 %, therefore we are open to
any proposals on manufacturing other types of products at the available
facilities.
